Leena Consultancy Ltd is in portfolio of Bharat Jayantilal. He is one of the top investors in India. The company belongs to Finance sector.
As per the Company website it has registered office in Mumbai.The website does not offer any other information about Company. This looked fishy to me at least. What is point of having a website which simply mentions Company registration details, Board details.
Website should provide complete details about business operations and Company in general. But I was very much upset with website it has.
Also the Company is under Surveillance. I personally do not invest in any Company which went under Surveillance. I would advice not to invest in this counter or any other Company which does not provide any details about the Company
