My Opinion
The Company has not paid Annual Listing fees as of this writing. This is not in accordance with SEBI guidelines. I have analyzed so many companies yet this is the first one which is suspended due to non payment of listing fees.

I would not advice to invest in this Company. As there are better alternatives available in market.
