Business Overview
Essar Securities limited is registered in Chennai. It is involved in other financial services. There is not much information available in market about it. It can be clubbed as Penny stock.
I do not like to invest in Company which does not portray even decent information on their website. It is like investing in a black box where you can only think of positive outcome in your favor but chances are that you will end up losing your money.
So before investing in a Company you should at least make sure enough information is present in public domain about the Company.
Stock Performance
Above is the long term price performance chart of the Stock. The stock got listed in year 2009 at price of 64. Since then it has not performed on exchanges and made new lows every year.
It has not turned as penny stock. Investors have lost money in this counter.
My Opinion
Essar Securities is lesser known script for which enough information is not present in public domain. Personally I like to take informed decision about my investment. If enough information is not present then it does not help in knowing the Company and take informed decision.
So I will not advice to invest in this Company. It may suit top investors due to increased risk appetite but not retail investor who have limited risk appetite.
