The Company is in periodic call auction as of this writing. This means that the Company is not liquid. There is not enough trade in this counter. I would not advice retails investors to put money in Companies where you have problem in buying or selling your holdings.
If you see the long term price performance of the Company then investors have lost money in the counter. The Company is illiquid and is often not traded so if you manage to buy shares then it will be tough to sell them and book profit or loss.
It is better to avoid companies like this specially for Retails investors. Big investors who have more risk appetite can invest in these companies.
