KMF Builders and Developers is in business of Real Estate development. Below is list of Completed projects from the Company
- Golf Manor residential apartments
- Royal Manor residential apartments
- STAR hotel in Himachal Pradesh
- KMF Gardens in Mumbai
First two projects are located in Bangalore. The Company is also based in Bangalore as well.
Major running project as of this writing is is under development in Mathura and Vrindavan. The Company is planning to increase foot print in East and North India.
Stock Performance
Above is long term price performance of the Stock. As you can see it has not made money for investors. Also over the years it has remained as Penny stock. It is trading at all time low as of this writing.
My Opinion
The Company is in Real Estate development space. I am not fan of this sector. It is also very small listed Company. There are better bigger players listed in this sector on stock exchanges.
Real Estate is very capital intensive business and one should always bank on top players with good money in hands if one is interested to invest in this sector.
Personally I do not like investing in this sector as the whole sector has been under performer for quite sometime. It is better to invest in other sector which have growth and does not require too much capital.
