This is typical cyclic stock where one can invest at lower levels and sell at higher levels making good amount. But it is not advised to keep invested in these type of counters.
I would not encourage retails investors to invest in this type of counters. The Public Sector Companies have not made money for investors in past.This is true for it as well.
