Craftsman Automation as the name suggests is an Precision Engineering Company. The Company is based in Coimbatore. It has branches in other parts of country like Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar and Tamilnadu.

It has two wholly owned subsidiary one in Netherlands and other in Singapore to look into International business. It also exports products to international companies. The Company has some marquee names in its client list like Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland and Daimler.
It has also ventured into Marine engine business as well which will add additional revenue stream to the Company.

My Opinion
You can think of this Company as Auto Ancillary Company which some diversification. It deals with Two wheeler, LCV , Cranes, Marine vehicles and other vehicles. This makes it wide range Auto Ancillary Company.
Along with these products Company also has warehouse automation solution which is good for growth potential. The increase of eCommerce companies will increase warehousing needs. Automation in this field is largely required to cut down on time and cost which will give traction to the Company.
It will be interesting to see how well it is received by Investors. I am suspecting fair subscription for it. You should read the Make Money with IPO article before planning to invest in this Company as it may not give listing gain or may have slight listing gains.
