Vascon Engineers Stock Performance

The stock got listed on exchanges in year 2010 at price of 131 INR. After initial performance the Stock prices continue to decline. The stock is trading below 50 INR mark from year 2012. It has touched 50 INR price point only in year 2017 and 2018 but never crossed that price point.

Investors have lost money in this counter over the years due to continuous decline in prices. The stock also does not have any dividend history which makes matter worse for investors.

Vascon Engineers My Opinion

Vascon Engineers is a Real Estate Company. I am not a fan of Real Estate sector as there are better sectors to invest in as of now. Also there are better companies in this sector than this one. The long term price performance of the Company is not good.

This also does not help. The construction activities of Company is mostly concentrated near Pune region. It is high growth region so that is good for the Company. However there are multiple players competing in the same region.

I have not invested in this sector and am not planning to invest in it as of now. In case you are interested you can compare it with other stocks from the sector before making a decision.

In case you are interested then you can track the company by adding it to your stock watch list. That way you can keep close eye on the Company.
