As per the Company website it is a leading real estate development Company. It creates residential townships, apartments, commercial complexes and restaurants. Most of the projects are located in Gurgaon and Karnal majorly. Other projects are located in Haridwar and Vrindavan.
The projects from the Company can be divided into three parts
- Residential
- Some project are Green park, Golf Avenue in Gurgaon
- Commercial
- Y Suites, EWay
- Retail
- Daana Paani
Most of its project are residential in nature with some projects being Commercial and Retail.

CHD Developers Limited Stock Performance
People have made money in the counter if played well. On bottom side it has strong support near 4 INR price. If you see barring the initial 2002 and 2003 period it has mostly traded near 4 INR mark. It has consolidated around this and have moved from this price.
The stock has failed to sustain at tops. That is if it touches near 20 mark then it will retreat back slowly but surely. Based on the long term graph it is not a buy and sold stock but is trade at appropriate level stock.
CHD Developers Limited My Opinion
CHD Developers Limited is a Real Estate development Company. The Company develops is into development of Residential properties. Along with residential properties it has also completed couple of Retail and Commercial projects.
Most of the Company projects are confined in and around Gurgaon and Karnal. This is one of the major risks associated with Company. It does not have diversified operations. It is mainly local Company confined to these two cities. It does have couple of projects coming up in other cities like Haridwar and Vrindavan.
I have not invested in Construction Company and will advice retail investors to not invest in local real estate companies which are too small. One bad project execution could hamper the Company and your investment may get worthless.
