Bloom Dekor Limited an ISO 9001:2008 Company, is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of High Pressure Decorative Laminates in India. It was established in the year 1994. The factory is situated near Ahmedabad in Western Area and is spread over an area of 50,000 sq.mtrs. with an installed capacity of 10 million sq.mtrs. of laminates per annum.
Bloom Dekor Limited has earned its brand image as a premier laminate maker in the country and has been the recipient of the PLEXCOUNCIL Best Exporter Award for Six consecutive years awarded by the Government of India. The product segment of Company is divided into two parts

Bloom Dekor Ltd. Stock Performance
Bloom Dekor price performance is story of long consolidation but spike both-ways towards the end. It was trading at 9 INR price in year 2002. The price remain near 20 mark for next 13 years. It breached 20 price marks once in this long period.
The price moved between 10 to 20 marks between year 2002 and 2015. This phase was consolidation phase. We will discuss next why it had so long consolidation phase. The last two years were spike days. It moved past 60 in short time and then went below 15 mark.
This sudden spike and movement backwards has not helped investors or the stock both. The final price has again come down to consolidation range. The company can go into sleep mode again in terms of stock price performance.
Based on past price performance the Company does not look attractive for investment. Investors have not lost money in this counter but they also have not made any money.

Bloom Dekor Limited operates in very niche sector. There are not many listed players catering the Doors segment. We have good number of players in Lamination industry. Bloom Dekor caters both the industry verticals.
Housing is basic need. But recently we have seen growing demand of luxury housing. Creation of housing societies and cities are becoming new norm. These builders to give importance to materials used in the project.
Doors being integral part of any construction is fast becoming an style statement. As of now this sector is very much unorganized. It will take sometime to get this sector organized. The older established players will have benefit if sector gets organized and demand of luxury housing increases.
The growing middle class will help in demand of good looking branded doors in India. Since the company has global presence and have experience in this field it will get push in near future. So far the price performance is not good but investors have not lost money as well.
