I have shared long term price performance chart of the Company below. As per Dow theory of technical analysis price performance over a period of time reflects Company state.

Shree Bhavya Fabrics Ltd Stock Performance

The stock has traded below 20 most of the time. In year 2002 it was trading at 5 INR mark and now it is trading around 8 INR mark. So in all these years it has not made decent money for investors. Also those who invested in counter above 20 mark have lost money as well.

2010 to 2012 was golden period for investors as the stock traded close to 60 INR mark. But since then it has quickly eroded all the gains and is trading close to initial levels of 2002. Based on long term performance stock is not good pick.

Shree Bhavya Fabrics Ltd My Opinion

Shree Bhavya Fabrics Ltd is in Textiles sector. The ace investor Subramanian P has too many Textiles stock in the portfolio. I personally do not prefer Textiles sector. I instead like the Textiles Machinery sector.

Textiles is ever green sector. There will always be demand of cloths. It will never cease to exist. Perhaps this is the reason many investors have Textile Companies in their portfolio. This is very competitive segment as well. Too many companies are listed in this niche. There are also non listed entities creating their presence with unique design and products.

It makes it very difficult to predict which Company will rule minds of Consumers. Remember Page Industries was also in generic textile product category but it went on to become Multi Bagger. Since it is difficult to select one company ace investors can have multiple in their kitty. But retail investors do not have this luxury so I avoid this sector altogether.
