I have shared long term price performance chart of the Company below. As per Dow theory of technical analysis price performance over a period of time reflects Company state.

Texmo Pipes & Products Ltd Stock Performance

The stock got listed in year 2010 at listing price 140. The period after listing was not good. It quickly lost more than 50% of the price and traded below 50 mark. The stock kept eroding and reached the lowest price point in year 2014.

After that it showed some signs of recovery as stock had positive movement after that and it continued to consolidate at higher levels with small degrees of rise and fall. Note this period was bull run. The stock has failed to reach 50 mark till date and hovering near 20 mark as of now. So investors have lost considerable amount of money in this counter.

Texmo Pipes & Products Ltd My Opinion

Texmo pipes and products Ltd is a Pipes and Plastics company. Plastics and Pipe is good sector due to demand of this item in variety of activities like Gardening, Car washing and as house building materials.

There is market for the product. Plastic pipes are being use extensively as house building materials. The rise of multi stories and two floor building in Rural as well as Urban areas have increased the demand of these products. So sector growth is present. There is demand of these items and it will be on increasing side. Remember housing will be growth sector in India due to rising population and still population and housing ratio is yet to saturate.

Company is unable to perform despite the sector being growth sector in recent times. The last 8 years were destructive for the Company and Investors alike. I will not suggest to invest in this Company as of now. Moreover I have not invested in this sector as well. Reason is there are better alternatives present in Housing Materials sector so better to invest in those instead of Pipes and Plastics sector.
